


I'm not entirely convinced this wasn't just something that went poorly for them PR wise, but then again, I don't know that it wasn't just a serious genuine mistake which can definatly happen. Reflecting the change of events (the company's response to the problem) I edited the post, I gave the go ahead for the thread's deletion if the dev wants, and that it will in no way be 'censoring critique'. You can understand why, if I was wrong, you could assume this wasn't great bussiness practice worth supporting. If me: I didn't say anything particularly harsh considering it appeared (at least) like a company was charging for content they had already sold, and didn't comment on this being an issue at all until nearly two weeks had passed and a video by a prominant critique had pointed it out.
